Place a deposit now to receive an alocation from the next harvest. We are taking reservations for our 2024 whole, half, and quarter beef. See details below.

The average cost for the beef will be about $10 per pound, this will vary slightly based on cut selection.

You will pay by the weight of the animal and the processing cost. This ensures that you are only paying for what you receive

Ordering Process

1. Select a standard quarter, half, or whole cow. We will help you through your whole and half cow options.
2. Select which month you would like your beef to be processed.
3. Pick up your beef from our farm or Westside Burgers within two weeks of notification. We will let you know as soon as it is ready for pick up!
