At Alaron Farms, we specialize in raising Charolais cattle, a renowned French breed that was introduced to the United States in 1900. Our commitment to the highest standards means that all our beef is born and raised right here on our farm.

We believe in providing our customers with the best, which is why our cattle are never injected with growth hormones or any other medical stimulants. We prioritize the well-being of our animals and ensure that their diet is free from any harmful additives.

To guarantee the finest quality, our beef is carefully slaughtered once it reaches a minimum weight of 1,100 pounds. We understand the importance of aging meat, which is why we partner with Seven Hill, a trusted local processor, to age our beef for a minimum of 21 days. This ensures optimal tenderness and flavor.
